Anne is a UK based gender-affirming healthcare service based on a simple belief: everyone deserves safe, expert and timely healthcare, that is free from gatekeeping, politics and judgement. Founded in 2024 by Susie Green and Lizzie Jordan, alongside clinicians, parents and community members with lived experience, Anne was created in direct response to a growing crisis in the accessibility and safety of transgender healthcare in the UK.

All appointments take place remotely, ensuring that care is accessible wherever you live. Through a simple subscription model, members receive ongoing support, monitoring, and follow-up, with transparent pricing and no hidden fees. Different membership options also allow you to choose the level of support that fits your needs and pace.

At Anne, your care is always delivered by real people. You will speak directly with qualified clinicians and support professionals. No algorithms, no chatbots and never AI. Our human-first approach ensures that care is empathetic, nuanced and grounded in genuine understanding of your needs. Appointments are timely, often within 48 hours, and led by experts, many of whom are LGBT+ themselves and can bring lived experience of trans healthcare to their practice.
Not-for-Profit Commitment
As a not-for-profit, Anne reinvests all surplus funds into providing free or subsidised care for those who might otherwise be unable to access gender-affirming care. The mission extends beyond delivering healthcare, it’s about fostering a future where every trans+ person feels seen, respected and valued, especially in times of political and social challenge.
